It was at the “Flocons de Sel” in Megève that our professional story began and continued in the kitchens of starred restaurants for Clément and at reception in high-end hotels for Béatrice. Open since October 2017, our desire is to offer you cuisine based on fresh, seasonal and entirely homemade products. The chef even goes so far as to make his own bread! Priority is given to local producers as well as products from sustainable and/or organic farming. The welcome is just as essential, we make it a point of honor to serve you in the best conditions and always with a smile! It is thanks to this quality approach that we have acquired the title of Maître Restaurateur (official identity, validated, recognized and controlled by the State). We also entered the Michelin guide, which awarded us its “Michelin Plate”.
